                  2.4.         Account Information. Your name, email address, username, mobile number (optional) and password. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are not accessible to AetherByte personnel in plain text.


                  2.5.         Payment Data. Credit card number (last four digits only), billing address, and related payment details necessary to process your subscription. Payment data is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor and is not stored directly on AetherByte's servers. We may receive limited transaction information (such as the last four digits of your card number, transaction amount, and billing address) from our payment processor for record-keeping and support purposes.


                  2.6.         User-Generated Content. Fantasy team selections, team names, usernames, and other content you create or submit through the Content Services.


                  2.7.         Communications. When you contact our support team, submit feedback, respond to surveys, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the content of those communications along with any associated metadata (such as the date and time of the communication).


                  2.8.         Information Collected Automatically


                                2.8.1.         When you access or use the Services, we automatically collect certain information about your device, your use of the Services, and your interaction with our content, including:


                                             2.8.1.1.         Usage Data. Pages viewed, content accessed, features used, fantasy team activity, session duration, date and time of access, referring and exit pages, and clickstream data.


                                             2.8.1.2.         Device and Technical Data. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, screen resolution, language preferences, and other technical information about the device you use to access the Services.

  1. How We Use Your Information


                  3.1.         We use the information we collect for the following purposes:


                  3.2.         Service Delivery. To create and manage your account, process your subscription, deliver content across all Content Services, facilitate fantasy sports competitions, and provide customer support.


                  3.3.         Payment Processing. To process subscription payments, manage billing, handle the one-day trial conversion to monthly subscription, and detect and prevent fraud.


                  3.4.         Communication. To send you transactional communications (such as subscription confirmations, payment receipts, and account notifications), respond to your inquiries, and provide customer support.


                  3.5.         Service Improvement. To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, improve the functionality and user experience of the Services, and develop new features and content.

                                9.2.7.         Categories of Third Parties with Whom We Share Personal Information. We share personal information with our payment processor, analytics providers, and as otherwise described in Section 4 (How We Share Your Information) of this Privacy Policy.


                                9.2.8.         Sale or Sharing of Personal Information. We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

                            9.2.12.         Right to Correct. You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.


                            9.2.13.         Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing. Because we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, this right does not apply. However, if our practices change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide a mechanism for you to exercise this right.


                            9.2.14.         Right to Non-Discrimination.                             9.2.16.         Response Timing. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within ten business days and will respond to your request within forty-five calendar days of receiving it. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.


  1. Children's Privacy


               10.1.         The Services are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen (18).


               10.2.         If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under the age of eighteen (18), we will promptly delete that information from our records.                10.3.         In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). Because the Services require users to be at least eighteen (18) years old, we do not direct the Services to children and do not knowingly collect information from minors.

               11.1.         The Services are operated from the United States, South Africa, and Ireland. If you access the Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in Ireland, where our servers are located and our central database is operated, as well as in the United States and South Africa where our operations are conducted.


               11.2.         By accessing or using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, South Africa, and Ireland and acknowledge that the data protection and privacy laws of these countries may differ from those of your country of residence.

  1. Wyoming-Specific Provisions


               17.1.         As a Wyoming limited liability company, AetherByte complies with the Wyoming data breach notification requirements set forth in Wyoming Statutes Section 40-12-501 et seq.


               17.2.         In the event of a security breach involving your personal information (as defined under Wyoming law), we will notify affected Wyoming residents without unreasonable delay, consistent with the legitimate needs of law enforcement and any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and to restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.
